This page explains how to permanently delete your Subhash Photo Frame account and the data associated with it, what gets deleted, and what (if anything) we keep.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered and you will need to register again to use the app.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)
The fastest way is to delete your account directly in the app. Deletion happens immediately.
- Open the Subhash Photo Frame app and sign in.
- Tap the My Profile tab at the bottom.
- Scroll down to the Delete account section.
- Enter your password to confirm it's you.
- Tap Delete my account, then confirm on the warning dialog.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't sign in or can't access the app, you can ask us to delete your account for you.
Send an email from the email address registered on your account to:
We will verify your identity and process the request within 7 business days, and confirm by email once it is complete.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account and profile details — name, business/company name, mobile number, and email address.
- Your password — the stored one-way password hash.
- All login sessions — every active session and refresh token is revoked, signing you out of all devices.
- Verification codes — any email verification or password-reset codes associated with your email address.
PDFs or images you downloaded to your own device are stored locally by you and are not affected — you can delete them from your device's Downloads folder at any time.
What data is retained, and for how long
- Anonymous usage counts. The app records aggregate totals such as how many times a design category was opened or a catalogue was viewed or downloaded. These counters are not linked to you or to any individual user, so they remain after deletion as anonymous statistics.
- Enquiries you sent us. If you contacted us through an enquiry form, that message may be retained for up to 24 months for customer-support and record-keeping purposes. You can ask us to delete it in the same email request.
- Server logs and encrypted backups. Residual copies may persist in routine security logs and encrypted backups for up to 24 months, after which they are overwritten on our normal backup cycle. They are not restored except where necessary for security, disaster recovery, or legal compliance.
- Legal and tax records. Where the law requires it, we may retain certain records for the period mandated by applicable law.
